Whether you are looking to deepen your practice or become a certified Pilates instructor our fully-equipped studio provides an inspiring space for learning. This blended learning course combines practical, hands-on training with online theory sessions to give you a comprehensive Pilates education. Practical Training: Conducted over 3 weekends, each day includes a morning Pilates practice and concludes with relaxation or massage workshops. Theory Sessions: Delivered via Teams on select weekday evenings, with guided self-study. Course Content: Morning Pilates sessions Relaxation or Soft Tissue Workshops Advanced exercise selection & regression Techniques for portable equipment (mini balls and resistance bands) In-depth anatomy of the shoulder, spine, and hip Hands-on adjustments Course materials included Full access to studio facilities and equipment There are cafe's nearby for refreshments or access to kitchen facilities if you prefer to bring your own. This course is suitable for beginners and offers a personalised learning experience.
