Spotify – The Perfect Playlist
Music sets the tone. With Spotify, you can put together free playlists to create just the right atmosphere. Whether you want calming background music for centering, or energising beats for your more dynamic workshop sections.
Jotform – Easy Sign-ups & Feedback
Collecting sign-ups or post-workshop feedback doesn’t have to mean endless email chains. Jotform lets you create free, custom forms that clients can complete online. Perfect for gathering bookings, health forms, or testimonials.
ChatGPT – Your Creative Assistant
Stuck for workshop ideas, or marketing wording? ChatGPT can help you brainstorm sequences or even draft email campaigns, It’s like having a second pair of eyes on your planning.
MyFitnessPal – Support Healthy Habits
Workshops are often about more than Pilates, they’re about whole wellbeing. MyFitnessPal is a free fitness and nutrition app you can recommend to participants, helping them track their habits and stay motivated after your session.
