Reformer Pilates Teacher Training – Chichester June 2027 | REFORMED Develop your knowledge, practical skills and confidence to teach Reformer Pilates, with studio training at the gorgeous Reformed studio Chichester Our Active IQ course combines four days of in-person training with two live online sessions and independent study, bringing the theory into practice. Learn in the studio, build confidence through practice In-person learning is at the heart of this course. Time on the reformer allows you to experience the exercises, explore how spring resistance changes a movement and understand how different bodies respond. You’ll practice teaching your fellow learners, develop your eye for movement and receive feedback as you go. From refining your own technique to finding the cue that helps an exercise make sense, these shared learning moments help you build confidence for teaching real clients. What you’ll learn • The principles of Pilates and their application to the reformer • Reformer setup, spring resistance and safe use of equipment • Exercise technique, teaching points and adaptations • Observing movement and providing clear, effective cues • Planning progressive sessions for individuals and small groups • Health, safety and risk assessment in the reformer studio The live online sessions support your theory learning and give you time to ask questions before and between the studio weekends. Course dates • Online via Zoom: Tuesday 15 and Tuesday 22 June 2027 • In-person training at REFORMED: 18,19,20 June and 2nd July 2027 • Practical assessment: Saturday 3rd or 4th of July (you will attend one date) Assessment You’ll complete a workbook to demonstrate your understanding of the course theory, followed by a practical teaching assessment. Independent study and practice between training sessions will help you prepare. Entry requirements You must hold a Level 3 Pilates Matwork qualification and have experience teaching Pilates. This course builds on your existing knowledge and teaching skills, helping you apply them confidently to the reformer. Payment plan available
